 Return Policy

Please read policy in full and start return by emailing bloombybailey@gmail.com: 

  • Item must be post marked for delivery with in 30 days or initial delivery. 
  • Must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • Items can be subject for denial if they are worn or washed. 
  • Please allow 10 business days for processing to occur. 
  • If reaching out after 30 days of the order getting to you, that will be considered 'wear and tear' and a refund will not be administered. 
  • Refund will take 7-10 business days to hit your account, depending on your bank. 
  • Items can be denied if: 
    • They have deodorant marks
    • Excessive wrinkling, as if you have worn it multiple times
    • Detached size tags
    • Animal/human hair 
    • Lingering odor
    • Any visible damage

Order Issues

  • If you have put in the wrong shipping address, it can not be changed once the order has been processed and sent out. 
  • Once an item is placed in your cart, that does not mean that it will 'hold place' for that item. 
  • You cannot cancel an order once it gets started, due to the nature of how fast we ship items out. 
  • If you have received a faulty item, i.e. a wrong size, torn, etc. please email and we will get you a new item or a refund.
