Please read policy in full and start return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Item must be post marked for delivery with in 30 days or initial delivery.
- Must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items can be subject for denial if they are worn or washed.
- Please allow 10 business days for processing to occur.
- If reaching out after 30 days of the order getting to you, that will be considered 'wear and tear' and a refund will not be administered.
- Refund will take 7-10 business days to hit your account, depending on your bank.
- Items can be denied if:
- They have deodorant marks
- Excessive wrinkling, as if you have worn it multiple times
- Detached size tags
- Animal/human hair
- Lingering odor
- Any visible damage
- If you have put in the wrong shipping address, it can not be changed once the order has been processed and sent out.
- Once an item is placed in your cart, that does not mean that it will 'hold place' for that item.
- You cannot cancel an order once it gets started, due to the nature of how fast we ship items out.
- If you have received a faulty item, i.e. a wrong size, torn, etc. please email and we will get you a new item or a refund.
